Hi I'm Jan. I'm the founder of Inner Compass Academy, an online community that helps people manage life transitions by giving them the tools, knowledge, and support to navigate change from an empowered place. Central to my academy is the Life Compass - a Notion-based life design system that helps people cut through the noise, focus on what matters, and live an intentional and aligned life.
