Greetings fellow Product Hunters! 👋 I'm excited to share with all of you a project that has been very near and dear to my heart. Three years ago I went through a stormy period, during which I was questioning many things I had previously taken for granted in my life. This period was confusing, disorienting and challenging to navigate. I found my mind was frequently busy with ideas and thoughts and I often longed for ways to bring structure to my chaotic thoughts. It is from this place that I created the Life Compass, a notion-based system to organise my mind and get clear on what I wish to move towards. I used it to get clear on my dreams, set intentions for the year ahead, and structure shorter-term goals. I've built sections to capture notes, organise my learning, and log activities associated to habits I'm building. When designing this system I was extremely mindful not to create yet another productivity system that creates unwanted life admin, or a sense of guilt for not completing all my to-dos. The Life Compass has been built around 6 guiding principles to help you cultivate a new relationship to how you approach organising your mind and pursuing personal goals. These principles are as follows: 🧠 Free up your headspace ⚡️ Capture lightning when it strikes ✨ Let aliveness be your guide 🍂 Honour the cycles of life ⚖️ Act from a place of alignment 🖊️ Be the author of your own story When I find the time I intend to create videos covering each of the principles.
