I'm very productive when I'm in the comfort of my home but there are days I find the structure of an office beneficial. I guess working hybrid makes me the most productive

In the past I had a struggle working from home, but I think I just wasn't used with it. After 3 years working exclusively from home, I can say that I am more productive working from home, since I can focus better, less people are disturbing me, I can think in silence. But I try also to keep a balance between my personal time and working time, I do sports in my free time, so I can be productive, because productivity it's not only about silence and being focused.
I prefer working from home for its convenience and flexibility

Maybe an office or a coffee shop, but not at home. There are too many distractions at home that prevent me from staying focused :(

Although losing time on traveling on the home-office relation could be better spent, I personally find that Im MUCH more productive when at the office. The office is a designated working space for me, at home Im just to comfortable and laidback to do any real work 🤷🏻♂️.
Maybe if I had a designated room for working at home it would be different, but I would still miss the social aspect of working at the office 😄.

For me, working from home can be more productive as it cuts down on commuting time and offers a personalized, distraction-free space. But office interaction also sparks great ideas.

Our team at seven mountains works fully remotely, and it’s insanely productive because it completely cuts out commute stress and allows everyone to focus in their own comfort zone. We found that combining this freedom with sharp asynchronous communication is the ultimate hack to keeping that hybrid-like structure alive.
