What was the breakthrough moment that made you believe your startup could truly succeed?

Once I started getting super positive feedback from users. External validation from investors, network, etc... is alright, but when I got traction from users, this was a HUGE milestone.

When i starte receiving DMs about the product. It got me excited, because i knew i'm solving a real problem.

When a big company said that they are interested in using our product even when it was super crude.

When a big company said that they are interested in using our product even when it was super crude. But honestly, the actual realisation comes from seeing the CRM all green. Meaning that we have caught an important problem and people are interested in our solution.
