Seven Habit of Highly Effective People by Steven Covey would be my all time fav! Read it in my early 20s, and it definitely helped shape some of my believes and philosophies in both professional and personal life.
Other notable mentions:
The Monk who sold his Ferrari by Robin Sharma (another fav, btw!)
Leadership wisdom from the monk who sold his Ferrari by Robin Sharma
Good to Great by Jim Collins
Zero to One by Peter Thiel

It is mostly forgotten wisdom, but you will be surprised by how contemporary it is. A serious dissertation was published in a form of a humoristic novel in 1959. Enjoy. https://www.amazon.com/Parkinson...
Civilization and its discontents by Freud. A very good analysis on man's motives, how society works and dysfunctions and the "algorithm" inside our minds.
