Act on the ideas you have for side projects.
Thank you for the advice!!!
Life is a marathon and not a sprint. Take care of your body and mind.
Thank you :')
Be aware that your goals and dreams may change over time and that's ok. You don't need to hang onto something that no longer works for you just because it took an effort to get there.
That was something I needed to here!
Don't be afraid of trying new things out and putting yourself out there. This is the most effective way for me to learn new things and to be productive.
I'd need to remind myself of these! Thank you Hilal!
Be yourself and dont hestitate to fail
Thank you for the advice Murali!
I would tell my younger self not to be afraid to try new things, take risks and put herself out there for opportunities.
Thank you for the advice!!!
You should aim high and reach for the stars if you want to win big. You don’t really know your capabilities until you put them to test.
That's what I try to do even though the dreams may sometimes look unreachable... Thanks for your advice!
It is important to voice your opinions, share ideas, and make yourself visible within your organization.
Thank you for your advice!
Try to be in the office. The more you can soak up information and learn from experienced coworkers and leaders the better. It's so much easier to do that if you're seeing them work and getting to ask questions vs. a handful of zoom calls.
I really love the office atmosphere for this reason!
work from home has its perks - but there's a whole new workforce generation that's missing out on office culture!
Focus more on working with good mentors who are willing to spend time with you than compensation.
thank you for the advice!
