I used user feedback to come up with the overall solution that might help solve their problems. So they were asking how to fine-tune machine learning models and I came up with a solution for that where my platform pretty much fine-tunes a machine learning model for them. I also added some hosting solutions because people did not want to host their own servers etc.
User feedback helped shaped our user experience on the platform - our audience demographic was mixed so feedback from different users helped us cater for all demographics.
User feedback is and must be at the core of your product development.
