What kind of "developed routines" help you work more efficiently?
I can't say that these routines will make me a mega-effective weapon, but at least they clear my head, and I work better when I incorporate the same things into my day:
for example, an hour of exercise (physical activity)
a daily walk outside – I've noticed walking among several founders who also have a fairly sedentary job at a PC when they develop
at least 7 hours of sleep
a bar of dark chocolate (it contains quite a few important nutrients – zinc, iron etc.)
Is there anything interesting in your repertoire that improves your performance? It could be completely "negligible" hacks.

Mine's boring but it works: I close every laptop lid at a hard cutoff time regardless of what's mid-flight, even an agent still running. Forces me to write down the actual next step before I close it instead of trusting "I'll remember where I was" - and it turns out writing that one line is most of what a clear head the next morning comes from, not the walk or the sleep (though I do those too).

@galdayan It reminded me this image :DDD

@busmark_w_nika Haha that's exactly it, honestly. The whole "one line before you close the lid" thing exists purely so future-me doesn't become that guy staring at the laptop trying to remember what he was even doing.

@carlos_martinez_sandoval I should practice this one too, because I stretch my sleeping schedule. 😭

For me, a short walk without my phone helps a lot. Some of my best ideas come when I’m away from the screen for 20 minutes.

@mikita_aliaksandrovich Walk is cool and I should acquire the habit of going out without the phone. For now, I listen to music. Practically cannot live without that :D
"Going to say the unpopular thing: I don't think the walk, the chocolate, or the 7-hour sleep actually do anything on their own.
What they really do is force you to stop working for 20 minutes. That's the trick. You could swap the walk for staring at a wall and get 80% of the same result.
Or am I wrong and the wall needs to be outside? 😅"

@sumonmatrix You will not burn calories by watching to the wall :P :D
@busmark_w_nika "lol yeah ok, walk wins. but im still keeping the 20 min break thing as my excuse 😂"
You know what...I never gave it muc thought but I have to have to work out super early because that's when I excersise and when it is the most quiet here for me. I work my full-time gig all day and it's pretty demanding so early mornings is when I can lock-in and get the thing sI need doen, done. I have a whole work process from strategy, build-time, to planning for the next day. This includes too, making room for organic posting and monitoring any ads I may have in the wild. I say all that to say, I try to plan and organize then outreach.

@robert_lee_dixon That is what I have heard as well... to start working earlier so you will not be disturbed by people :D it is true.

The daily walk is the only one on your list I actually keep. I do the thinking for landing page copy on the Mac apps I work on away from the screen and then just type it up, which beats staring at a blank doc for an hour. The dark chocolate one I am stealing.

@yelyzaveta_kibets I wish to live healthier to be honest, last two years or so are hell for me
Mine is less a hack and more a rule: I treat energy as a budget I'm spending across the day, on purpose. That flat stretch right after a meeting where you feel like doing nothing is usually just the conversation's tab still open in your head, closing it with one line about what got decided works better than waiting it out. The genuinely negligible habit: deciding the night before which single task gets my best hour, so the first hour is never a negotiation with myself.

@alex_gidirim Do you start the day with the most difficult task or with the easy?
