I think reading books and watching training videos will never go old.

Okay so- Primarily, I would say, consume a lot of knowledge, information, content, and news through various platforms like social media, blogs, newsletters, and articles. But if you want to boost your INTELLIGENCE every day, try to find out what practical application can you find of all the information that you consumed throughout the day and then either note it down or spread the intellect

Never stop learning. Learn something new that relates to your job or passion.

You should read a lot. And it's also good to engage in a lot of practical stuff, especially tasks that are challenging. Learning from others goes a very long way too.

Sleep well because sleep deprivation makes you dumber: "After five successive days of sleeping less than you need, your IQ can be lowered by up to 15 points. This means that a person of normal intelligence could have an effective IQ of only 85" https://www.edubloxtutor.com/eff... The ideal length of sleep varies from person to person, in general, it is recommended to get around 7 to 8 hours of good sleep.

read Naval Ravikant or blogs written by similarly successful people who think on their own. Use their knowledge to go against what you grew up with. There can be a lot of shit or things in our head that's there bcos everyone else also has it, not because it serves us well. When you can digest what smart people say, think about the pros and cons, refute some of what they say and accept the ones that make sense to you, you'll be smarter. The more you can tear down past thoughts or ways of living when you have new knowledge, the better you'll become. It's a slow process. In a few months or year(s), you'll see the results.

1) Keeping Learning 2) Use what you learn in your day to day activity. For e.g. if you see a video about new tech, go and speak to your colleagues about it. Tell them the insights or create a small blog of this and share with them. Make it small but effective. The more you share knowledge the more intelligent you will be

To improve you knowledge. Always study about something new related to your hobby or interest. Don't start reading a whole book in a day. Like I am interested in apps so today I just studied about messenger modded. And it is my daily routine that I only study one app daily. Which is enhancing my knowledge and intelligence.
