Here are my 5 (I couldn't function without them):
Grammarly – proofreading my texts, not just posts, but also client communication
ChatGPT / Claude – mostly brainstorming, help with copy, and summarising
Figma – I can put the basic graphics together quickly.
Translator – sounds incredibly old-school, but English is not my mother tongue
Gmail – and not only for communication, but also for storing ideas and sending myself email reminders for posts
[and soon one more that I am working on – SafeLimit – prevents me from being banned on LinkedIn, so I will not lose my account.]

1. Todoist - the best to do app I ever tried. I've been a paid customer for years, switched to other solutions and came back

ChatGPT / Claude – My thinking partners for brainstorming ideas, solving technical problems, writing, research, and improving workflows.
AsliTools – A project I use and continuously build myself. It’s a collection of online productivity tools for document conversion, image tools, calculators, and more. I love seeing how small tools can save people time in their daily work.
Photopea – A powerful browser-based image editor. It’s my quick solution whenever I need Photoshop-like editing without opening heavy software.
Gmail – Still one of the most reliable tools for communication, keeping important information organized, and managing client conversations.
My code editor + development stack – As a developer, this is where ideas become real products. Building, testing, and improving tools every day is a big part of my workflow.
The common thing I notice is that the best tools are not always the most complex ones — they are the ones that become part of your daily habits and remove friction from your work.

Claude Code - to build the stuff I love every day
Gmail - to stay in the loop on news, current events, developments in industries
CapCut - for editing marketing content
Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, X, Pinterest) - for engagement with potential customers, marketing content

The five tools I couldn't do without are a laptop, cloud storage, AI assistants, communication apps, and smartphones which help manage work, stay connected, and boost productivity anywhere.

Claude - Designing prototypes, brainstorming and of course coding
Figma - Designing prototypes and simple vector graphics
Outlook - Client communication and more personalized reach outs
Internal CRM - Track sales pipelines & project tasks and status
Resend - Automated cold mailing
There are lots of other tools but these are what came in mind first. All tools boosts our productivity and can't wait to find more useful tools that can help us grow :)
