The launch checklist everyone shares is missing one line
Every "are you ready to launch" list I have read covers the product: it works, it has a landing page, it takes payments, it follows the guidelines.
Not one of them has a line for the only thing this place actually uses to tell people your post exists.
I found that out the way you would expect. The product was ready, the page was fine, and on the day there was nobody for the platform to notify, because I had spent the weeks before it building instead of being here.
The lists are not wrong about the product. They are describing the half you can finish on your own, and then stopping.
So for the half you cannot finish alone: what did you do in the four weeks before your launch that actually brought people on the day, and what turned out to be theatre?
