Text to voice (reader) for threads + ugc

While on a walk yesterday, I wanted to learn about the Spain/Portugal blackout. Hacker News had on the blackout. I used (amazing product by ) to listen to the thread. Overall, it worked great, but:

  • The reader treated new comments as just new paragraphs. So I had no idea when the reader transitioned between comments/responses. Usernames of commenters were not mentioned.

  • Urls were read out fully. This is brutal.

  • It would be awesome to skip to next comment with a voice command.

Any product recommendations for this? Or maybe is already thinking about this?

I don't know any products but I know that I missed many meetings due to the blackout 🤣

 yes ditto. i wonder what the cost of all of this is in terms of lost productivity!

maybe everyone enjoyed the break and was actually just more productive going forward :)

 To be honest, I have never seen people happier. People leaving paper notes to each other at meeting points, a lot of dancing and bars are full everyone is paying in cash. 11 pm electricity back, streets are empty.
