If you lost access to social media, what would you do? (in personal life + business)
I refer to how the UK banned social media for teenagers under 16.
The funny moment was when the BBC News moderator asked the student: How much screen time does she have on the weekend (9 hours) and What will she do with her free time now? (Staring at the wall.)
How would you use your time?
And not only in your personal life, but especially in your professional life, which is often connected to business management. How would you promote? :D

Personally, probably fine after a week. I'd read more, sleep better, maybe actually finish a book I've been ignoring for months.
Business side is trickier though. Most of our B2B reach right now runs through LinkedIn and community channels, so losing that overnight would hurt in the short term. Would push harder into email, SEO, and direct outreach, which honestly are things we should probably be doing more of anyway. Social media is easy to confuse with a distribution strategy when it's really just one channel of many.
I’ll do things the way we used to before social media came along :) Phone calls, emails, newsletters, etc.
As a bonus, we’d waste less time reading articles that are sometimes pointless...
I think I would finally have time for some reading.
Personally, I'd probably spend more time reading, exercising, and working on hobbies I've been putting off. The first week would feel strange, but I think I'd adapt pretty quickly.
From a business perspective, it would be a much bigger change. I'd focus more on SEO, email newsletters, partnerships, communities, and word-of-mouth. Social media is powerful, but it's also rented land. Owning your website, mailing list, and direct relationships with customers would become a lot more important.
