Founders, what do you do when you're feeling demotivated?

by
Starting a company can be an intense experience, filled with highs and lows. There will be moments when it feels like progress has come to a standstill and doubts start to creep in, making you question your ability to succeed. So, how do you deal with these challenges? I still remember something Brian Armstrong, the CEO of Coinbase, once said: "Just keep building, show up every day, and take small steps forward consistently. Eventually, positive things will happen." This advice has stuck with me ever since.

I think you should always manage work progress and avoid burn out, keeping enough sleep and self care is important, if the founder/cofounders burn out, then the rest of the team will fall apart.

@samuel_tf_lam that is the #1 reason how a startup fail, founders give up, then comes the second reason as running out of capital.
If i fall into a standstill, i have to split the way from now to the aim and step one by one.The first one is here and now. It's said from my student days' essay named 《step and step again》

Take a break, think for a while in peace, and then start again. Remember, not to stop, no matter what.

Persist, remember it's part of the process, and keep pushing forward.

I think taking a step back and reflecting on context is helpful. Surround yourself with positive energy and things that bring motivation to you.
