Co-Founder@Faye | Web3 Customer Support

About

Faye is a customer support helpdesk for Web3. Web3 users are growing exponentially but capability to support them scales linearly. Web3 is still relying on outdated tools and manual workflows, which can be both inefficient and costly. With the complexity of blockchain transactions, resolving customer enquiries can take up to 12 minutes per enquiry. This puts a huge strain on companies, who may need to hire extra support staff just to keep up with customer demand. We are building a customer support helpdesk to help Web3 companies automate their customer enquiries. Our chatbot uses AI to provide a seamless conversational experience that explains blockchain in layman terms. We also index blockchain data so that troubleshooting blockchain transactions can be done faster and easier.

What is the primary reason you want to work from home?

This question is for employees who have or would like to transition to working from home, but employers are free to respond with their thoughts as well.

What needs to be perfect with your product before launch?

I've just made the most difficult decision to put off my product launch until after a week later because I thought we are not ready. A few shake-ups here and there. But this, in my opinion, while it is a setback, I see it instead as an opportunity to re-evaluate what we currently have. And make sure we get it right with our launch. We're working on making our product worthy of this community. And we are working hard at it. What is a non-negotiable for product launches in your opinion? Let's hear your thoughts. UPDATE: We finally fixed the issue we had and resolved to go live this Saturday. :) I can't thank you all enough for all your amazing answers. We'll keep working hard on our product even post-launch. But of course, those early feedbacks will be vital to our growth. We are going live on PH on Saturday. Please find us here: https://www.producthunt.com/prod... Thanks for your support.
