Chrome's password manager vs 1Password/Bitwarden what do you actually use?

I've been using Chrome's built in password manager because it's convenient and, honestly, I don't have to think about it.
But I've started wondering if I'm giving up much by not using something like 1Password or Bitwarden.
For people who have used both, is there a real difference in day to day use?

Especially when you've got multiple accounts, different devices, shared passwords, etc.
I'm less interested in which one has the longest feature list and more interested in which one you actually prefer living with every day.
