Hey everyone, I’m Arun. I’ve built startups in AI and cybersecurity, and Fyllyo started with my own visa paperwork: entering the same information into form after form. I started with web form automation and moved to PDFs. More recently I used it for an Orangetheory cancellation form I’d been putting off. I’m building an Adobe Acrobat alternative for Mac, with a bigger goal: one tool for all your PDF work, increasingly powered by local models. Everyday tools are free without an account or expiry. Pro is $99 once, with a five-day trial and no subscription. Local AI form filling reads your supporting documents on the Mac and shows the sources behind answers so you can review them before saving. New custom blank-form setup is a separate cloud step. Opus 5.5 helped me build the app, especially with testing; the test corpus covers 864 real-world PDFs. Today it requires Apple silicon and macOS 13+. It is not at full Acrobat parity yet. Try the PDF work you normally use Acrobat for and tell me what works, what breaks and what would still stop you switching. That feedback will shape what I build next.
