Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Pete, and Frank was built for me before it was built for anyone else. I'm 42, got a gut, hate cardio, and my knees are shot. Every fitness app I've tried assumed I wanted to count calories, do HIIT, and maintain a streak. None of them looked at me. None of them knew about my knees, my desk job, or the fact I'd rather do literally anything than run. So I built Frank. It starts by looking at photos of your actual body and telling you honestly what it sees. No "great starting point!" waffle. It told me my gut and lower back were the priority, that my chest needed work, and that my arms actually had decent natural size to build on. Then it builds a plan around your real constraints. The whole thing came from a conversation I had with Claude on a Sunday morning when I finally got fed up with not knowing where to start. 27% of people who use AI ask it about health and wellness. Most of them because they can't afford a PT or don't know where to begin. Frank is what I wish had existed when I was one of them. It's free right now. I'm using it myself and building it in public.
