@valeria_raznatovska sure. Best practices analyse domain, mailbox, content, IP etc. They will tell you what you can do to improve your sending reputation. Spam triggers will tell you what triggered your email to get to spam and what you can do to fix it. Sometimes, the problem is the same; sometimes, it's not.
