I built Fokus to solve a problem I've always had: knowing what to do but being unable to start it. Fokus was my fix. You describe a task and answer a couple of quick questions if needed. Fokus breaks it into small steps with a timer for each one, shown one at a time. It doesn't write your email or do your homework. It handles the sequencing and pacing so you're not staring at the whole thing at once. Free, no account. Built solo, still early, I'd rather know what's broken than hear it's great.

Hey PH, I built this because I kept running into the same thing: I'd know exactly what I needed to do and still couldn't start. Not a knowledge problem. I just couldn't find the entry point, causing my attention to drift away. Fokus takes a task, breaks it into small timed steps, and shows you one at a time. That's it. No account is needed to try the whole thing; I want to learn if it's truly helpful first. I've built this completely solo, with limited coding experience. I'd appreciate open and honest feedback.
