Hey Product Hunt! Webb here, founder of Flowdrop. I built this because I was tired of feeling stupid every time I opened Zapier. I'd spend hours trying to figure out some basic workflow, then give up and just do it manually. That's dumb. The tools are supposed to work for us, not make us feel like we need a degree to use them. So we made Flowdrop. You just chat what you want. The AI figures it out. No drag and drop. No watching tutorials. The human in the loop forms came from our users. They kept saying "I trust the AI but I want to check before it sends that email" or "I need to approve this before it posts." Made total sense. So now your workflows can pause and wait for you. You click yes or no or any custom number of questions. Done. Same with live checks. You see every change before it goes live. Nothing ships without your ok, keep or discard chat to build changes effortlessly. We added YouTube transcripts because people were copy pasting videos into other tools first. Why make them leave? Just paste the link. Apify because web scraping is painful and Apify already solved it. Why rebuild what works? This is our second launch here. Last time you all gave us great feedback. We listened. This is what we built. Try it free. Tell me what breaks. Tell me what you wish it did. Thanks for checking us out.

I love the "vibe-automation" trend!

This is great!

Building those workflows manually can be slow and prone to errors, especially the debug part is hard to get right!

@avlossΒ we have spent so much time on making sure that the troubleshooting piece is handled. i feel like thats a big drop off point for a lot of people. always improving there. <3 we look forward to seeing what people build

Congrats on the launch! The human-in-the-loop idea feels like a smart balance between trust and control, especially for actions like emails and posting. How do users usually decide when to fully automate vs when to keep approvals in place?

Webb Hammond

@vik_shΒ they can have them or not at 0 or many points in a workflow

Congratulations to the launch, I would love to see some real-life examples of how to use it.

@lijun_xiaΒ anytime you have ai do anything sensitive, critical or regulated you may need humans to audit the decisions.

anytime something is touching a customer, or regulated action.

marketing, sales communications, high risk tasks, difficult or unreliable tasks.

things you want to add human input to for creativity or inspiration before you go out with them.

hope this helps.

Great idea! Is there functionality for integrations? Meaning, I state a task, and the system advises what to integrate, at which step, and for which tasks, and includes this in the architecture?

Webb Hammond

@mykyta_semenov_Β we support many of the most popular apps. google, Microsoft, discord, twitter, LinkedIn, slack, telegram, ai and more.

its simple to chat to get those into your workflow. if we don't support the integration. the chat can help you aswell. but you may have to use some combination of webhooks or https requests to accomplish that which is albeit a bit more complicated.

we are adding authentication supported integrations all the time. and are also happy to prioritize integrations for customers.
