Floutwork - The smart browser for work to go from 70 tabs to 7

Most browsers create tab chaos. Floutwork fixes it. With AI assistants, tasks, notes, and calendar built right in, you can go from 70 tabs to 7 — turning your browser into the workspace where work feels effortless.

@daniel_sudhindaran1 I wasn't able to open localhost:3000!!! Mate Seriously?

Daniel Sudhindaran

@rohan_samad - Yes, localhost is blocked by design for now while we run some additional tests. Since the focus is not on developers at the moment, we held off, but we do plan to open it up soon!

@daniel_sudhindaran1 Sounds Exciting Daniel, Btw organized tabs looks amazing :)

Daniel Sudhindaran

@rohan_samad - So glad you like the organized tabs! I will let you know once we open up access to localhost within the browser :)

How robust is the browser core?

Did you guys build on chromium or other open source assets?

Daniel Sudhindaran

@jan917 - Yes, the browser engine is Chromium. If a web page works in chrome, it should work in Floutwork as well :)

Love the concept, but this browser runs extremely slowly. Tried to tough it out, but it's making my workflow painfully slow.

Daniel Sudhindaran

@kristin_kenney - Thank you for trying Floutwork and for the honest feedback. Since it runs on the same Chromium engine as Chrome, page loading speeds should normally be similar. What I have noticed is that some users run Floutwork alongside their regular browser and their regular browser might still have many tabs open. That situation can slow down the entire computer and affect Floutwork’s performance as well. If you try closing your other browser completely and just running Floutwork, it should feel smoother. Please let me know if you still notice issues after that. I would be happy to look into it further.

Kristin Kenney

@daniel_sudhindaran1 thanks for taking the time to respond! I'll give that a try...might have had Chrome open the first time I tried it. I really do love the concept and look forward to following y'all!
