Congrats on launching! How do you handpick your developers and designers and how much do you charge?

@mehdi_rifai Hey Mehdi, thanks a lot! To handpick talent, we have a pretty extensive process. 1. Start with reviewing their application and seeing if they actually have depth in their past work 2. There is technical coding test that everyone has to pass through 3. A live technical interview with our panel of interviewers Only those who get through these rounds join our talent network. For designers, we have a more subjective process at the moment of reviewing their portfolio and an interview call. Of course, even after they join the network, we review our talent's performance with clients :) Our charges depend on the talent picked and also the duration of the contract. Love the idea of a 1-week no-risk trial! Would be great if Flexiple could also offer more flexibility in terms of project-based contracts, for startups who may not have a long-term need for a full-time team.
