Staying consistent was one of the toughest things for me when starting my fitness journey. I would head to the gym one week and just laze in bed the next. and then I realized, it is because I do not have something to help manage my workouts. I was thinking of my feet whenever I am in the gym, making my workouts less effective and also inconsistent.
I then created a simple workout tracker to track my workouts & progress, and the change has been nothing but amazing. 2 years later and I'm consistently hitting the gym 4 times a week, becoming more mindful about what I put in my mouth, and en route to achieving the body that I want.
