This seems like an excellent tool for managers to build rapport and manage workflow with their team in one place.
Fellow would have been very helpful when I had managers and would have assisted to stay effectively on top of all action plans. Also I am confident that with Aydin's leadership the company will be very successful in promoting their products to various companies and markets.
I am a live event and media producer, I find this very helpful in executing our production agendas.

Makes perfect sense. You have the choice of trying to mentally track dozens of things, and stressing yourself out in the process and running the risk of dropping a (critical) ball. Or use an unobtrusive tool like Fellow in your management workflows/processes.
This solves huge problems around effective goal-setting and exchanging feedback - turning exchanges into results. Back when I was managing big teams (and being managed) this would have been incredible. Great work and hats off to the Fellow team.
I recently started using Fellow and am very happy with it so far. Very intuitive and well thought out. Fellow will become part of of our standard toolkit. Great work and team!

On boarding - Is calendar 100% required? - Allow for emails that are not exactly the same as yours. In large organizations they can be prefixed with country and if restricted to just that it prevents folks managing teams across geographies.

Great feedback - thanks Kevin. Right now calendar is required - we will eventually decouple this but today it's something that is pretty necessary to the product workflow. Re:different domain names: this is a very good point. If you contact our support, we should be able to add those domain names to your account so they can count as part of the same organization.
This looks amazing. I'll have to keep this on my radar for when my team grows. I was a user of FluidSurveys so I know what and his team are capable of. Looking forward to using this.
