This app would be very helpful in keeping track of our 1 on 1 meetings with lots of back-and-forth. It could also help us with ongoing feedback, which is something many organizations are constantly struggling with. This app seems to fill that gap perfectly - can't wait to try this with our team.

Love the look of this product. As some one no longer in the workplace I would love to see an adaptation for personal use. When raising busy children and working more than one part time job this app would have been a time saver. As most children have phones now, this app would make open communication very efficient in a media they are comfortable with.
