Congrats Samir and team! I noticed you mentioned LinkedIn’s API only exposes stats, unlike X or Bluesky. We’re a B2B company and LinkedIn is where most of our audience lives, so I want to set my expectations right: what does Fedica meaningfully do for a LinkedIn-heavy brand today? Per-platform tailoring and scheduling clearly, but does the unified inbox cover LinkedIn comments and DMs, or does the platform’s API keep that door shut too? Honest answer appreciated, it decides which of our accounts we connect first.

 good question, Ridhwik!

Yes, each platform is different and instead of offering you a mediocre experience on all of them, we chose to push each platform to its limits.

Unfortunately, LinkedIn's API is not great, so you would not get all the same tools you an get on platforms like X, Bluesky, etc

Essentially you do have our publishing capabilities for LinkedIn (still more advanced than most other tools, e.g. you can schedule polls), you also get engagement stats (post level and aggregate) and follower stats, and yes the good news is their API allows our Inbox to work so you do have our Inbox for both comments and DMs (but only for company pages, not personal accounts).

What's missing is our audience intelligence tools (which 99% of other social media management tools don't have), and it's sad because I think would be very valuable for LinkedIn, unfortunately it cannot be done because of their API limits.

Congrats on the launch, almost took us over too aha)

So im curious could i use this as just a social media scheduling tool too? And by community building you mean like an audience or?

Thanks !

Yes, you can use Fedica just for scheduling, tens of thousands of people use it only for that (the free plan should be more than enough for casual use and supports 11 platforms)

Community building yes, you can build an audience or segment your audience, there is also an option for building tailored audiences for X ads, needs a bit more work than scheduling but essentially you can find target accounts, follow them, advertise (X) to them etc. This part is currently only supported on 4 platforms (X, Bluesky, Mastodon and Pixelfed) mostly due to API limitations on the other ones. It also needs a paid subscription (Grow or higher)

Been following Fedica for a while and this feels like a really solid step forward. The updated interface looks much cleaner while still keeping all the depth. Congrats to everyone involved!

 thanks Rohan

Hi. Tailoring content per platform and knowing the people behind your engagements sound complementary, but they can actually pull in opposite directions. If a superfan follows you on three platforms and you're publishing tailored, different content on each, the unified view you have of them internally doesn't match what they're seeing externally, since they only ever get the version tuned for whichever platform they're on. Curious whether Fedica's audience intelligence accounts for the fact that segmenting followers by platform means the same real person can show up as three different profiles unless there's identity resolution tying them together across networks. Also on tracing superfans down to the city, that's a fairly granular location claim for social platforms that mostly don't expose precise location data directly. Is that inferred from posting patterns, timezone activity, and bio text, or is there something more direct feeding that, since the accuracy story matters a lot if someone's using it to actually plan real-world engagement like local meetups or regional campaigns.

Great questions. You’re right that there’s a difference between understanding someone across platforms and the experience they have natively on each network. Fedica keeps platform-specific analytics because each platform has its own context, and we help surface patterns on each network to understand who is engaging and where conversations are happening. Uniyfing all this is something we're considering for sure.

For location insights, we use our own algorithm that combines available social signals to identify audience trends and regional patterns. It’s designed to help with audience intelligence and campaign planning because you can use it in the search tool or follower segmentation.

 thanks for the question Brandon!

As Jon said, we use our proprietary algorithms to determine account demographics, we have been doing this for over 15 years (at the time it used to be called Tweepsmap) and we have finessed high accuracy with these algorithms (especially for larger accounts), and we only show you accounts that we have high confidence in our resolution

how does that work like pls elaborate

 thanks for stopping by Arvind!

Fedica helps you publish on 13 platforms from one simple box, it makes it super easy to be present on many social media platform, which is a must in today's fragmented environment

It also has an inbox feature that lets you respond to each individual comment, reply or quote so you never miss an engagement from your audience, and it happens all in one inbox so you don't have to jump from one platform to the other

More importantly, we have unique tools for audience identification so for example, if you are going to an event in San Francisco and want to connect with founders there, all you have to do is segment your followers by "location => San Francisco" and type "founder" or "co-founder" in the search and our system would identify them, you can then message them!

On the more advanced plans, we have research capabilities that help you analyze other accounts to learn how they are doing AND also discover target audiences

Love the idea of having everything in one place. Quick question, does this get flagged through the social media apps? I've seen this happen to various other tools.

 Thanks for the question, Niall!

We always use the official APIs and we follow all the rules for each platform

Flagging usually happen when apps break the rules or don't use the official APIs

the superfan-across-platforms framing is the strongest part of this for me, but it made me think of the opposite failure case - synthetic/bot accounts are getting good enough now to fake a consistent engagement pattern across X, Threads and Instagram at once, not just spam one platform. does the audience intelligence layer have any way to flag "this looks like a coordinated account cluster, not one real superfan," or is that kind of cross-platform bot detection out of scope for what the resolution algorithm is trying to do?

 Hey Gal,

Thanks for the question!

We don't have a cross platform linking of personas, each of the segmentation tools work per platform.

Note that some platforms have better APIs than others, the richest are X, Bluesky, Pixelfed and Mastodon (essentially the more open platforms), for the other platforms we are not able to do segmentation/superfan or demographic classification of accounts, so you are pretty much limited to the Inbox tool on these platforms to know who is sending comments/DMs, in additional to publishing and aggregated stats (explain identify the platforms each tool works on in , notice the icons near each tool)

It's worth noting that we do have , but again it works per platform - not across them.

makes sense given the API gap. on the platforms without segmentation - Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn - is there at least a manual way to tag an account as suspected-bot inside the Inbox tool, so it's excluded from your own future outreach even if Fedica can't classify it automatically there, or is that entirely unsupported on those platforms today?

 it depends on the section

If it's a follower then no, you would need to remove them as a follower and they would stop showing obviously.

If it's the Search & Explore tool (discovery) then you can can click "Ignore" and they would not show up again in the search results

thanks for the quick clarification. to make sure I'm reading it right - the follower-removal and Search & Explore Ignore you're describing, are those both live today on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn specifically, or is Ignore only available on the platforms where Search & Explore itself is supported? want to make sure I'm not assuming a feature exists somewhere it doesn't before I rely on it as my manual workaround.

matching "same person" across X, Threads, and IG without a shared id seems like the hard part here - is that fuzzy matching on handle/bio/avatar, or does the fan have to link accounts themselves at some point?

 thanks for the question Sabber.

We don't do account matching cross platform, definitely not for Threads and IG because these platforms do not have an open API

Having said that, we do matching of X & Mastodon, and that's done via bio links or user themselves declaring the link with our service, but again this is only limited to these platforms

I like the profile-growth angle. Curious if the analytics connect content performance back to audience quality, not just impressions and follower count.

 thanks for the question, Drake!

Yes, audience quality is one of the metrics we do measure. We do not connect it to individual content performance because the correlation is not straight forward.

Note this tool is only available for X, Bluesky and Mastodon. It is not possible to do on the other 10 supported platforms due to API limitations on these platforms.

Audience intelligence down to city and topic is a smarter default than vanity follower counts when your readers live on X, LinkedIn, and Bluesky at once. The unified inbox plus per-platform tailoring is the part I care about for marketing ops. For small teams, how reliable is Top Interactors across networks with sparse API access, and can you export segments for email or CRM without a heavy plan?

Thanks for the question. The top interactors is available for X, Bluesky and Mastodon. Not possible in other platforms due to API limits

Yes, the segmentation of your own followers can be exported to csv without having to upgrade to a higher plan.

Exporting followers of other accounts is also possible but in this case the number of followers would dictate the plan size

There are also platform rules on export, for X you cannot export more than 50K per day
