Cool product, and congrats on the launch @albattran
Genuine question: with 12+ networks and per-platform tailoring, how do you handle the analytics side when engagement metrics aren't comparable across platforms (a "like" on LinkedIn vs a repost on Bluesky vs a Mastodon boost)? Do you normalize those into one score, or keep them separate so you're not comparing apples to oranges?
Fedica
@aidan_codefox thanks for the great question, Aidan!
Some stats are added when uniform (e.g. followers stats sent our email reports) but for the most part we try to keep stats per platform since different platforms report different types of data (e.g. reposts, or link clicks or profile clicks)
But when it comes audience intelligence (e.g. identifying CEOs who follow you from Austin), these are platform specific (on the platforms that support them, e.g. X, Bluesky etc) and you need to connect with them on that platform itself anyway.
Firstly, I'm not a power user. Just an ordinary citizen using the power of Fedica to manage my Twitter (X) posts since 2021.
I've tried 3 or 4 other tools before coming across Fedica. They just don't deliver what Fedica does.
I organise my posts a week in advance, use pipeline posting to capture an international audience, preload my images using the 'library' feature, and more recently, started using the built in AI tools to polish off my sometimes lethargic tweets.
Time saving. Convenient. All-in-one.
Looking forward to the 2.0 launch and seeing how it can make my workflow even better.

@pixeltoy thanks so much for sharing how you use Fedica
It warms my heart to see you have been with us since the days of Tweepsmap! Your feedback is highly appreciated!
A lot of creators assume the same content works everywhere when it really doesn't. Have you noticed any patterns in what consistently needs to be adapted across platforms?
Fedica
@reda_roqai_chaoui Definitely. The biggest pattern we've seen is that the core idea can stay the same, but the packaging usually needs to change. Each platform has different audience expectations, formats, and reasons people engage. A post that works well on LinkedIn might need a more conversational angle on X, while visual-first platforms often require a stronger hook upfront. The challenge is keeping the message consistent while adapting it to how people actually consume content on each network.
Fedica
@reda_roqai_chaoui One of the biggest patterns is that each platform has its own culture and native behaviors. What resonates with an X audience doesn't always translate to Bluesky or Threads. Even small differences matter, like how hashtags work differently across networks, how Threads lets you publish directly into topics, or how Bluesky supports things like markdown-style formatting for richer posts.
Those platform-specific details are what separate simply cross-posting from actually showing up like a native user. A big part of what we’re building with Fedica is helping people understand and take advantage of those differences without needing to manually manage every platform.

the people-level analytics framing is more useful than follower counts for anyone trying to build a real audience rather than just a big one. knowing what your actual engagers care about and where they're from changes how you write content, not just when you post it. curious how the cross-network identity matching works though, if the same person follows you on twitter and linkedin does fedica recognize them as one person or treat them as separate audience members?
Fedica
@shubham4real Thanks! That's exactly the problem we're trying to solve, helping people understand the audience behind the numbers. Today, audience insights are platform specific since each network has its own context and data, but seeing those engagement patterns is often what helps creators tailor content that resonates on each platform.
Fedica
@shubham4real I just wanted to add that LinkedIn's API doesn't offer much in terms of audience identification so we only use their stats unlike other platforms (X, Bluesky, Mastodon etc) which give more details and help us identify and segment the accounts that follow you (or you follow)
Fedica
@thomas_digaetano Good question, Thomas!
Actually a lot of the data we deal goes back to 2006 (Twitter's inception) so it's more than 15 years :-)
I think the biggest advantage we have is having solid design decisions from the start, we spent a lot of time in the early years prototyping and selecting the right technology so that made things super easy when we rebuilt the infrastructure
With the technology part aside , I think the challenge for us was how to modernize the service and add a lot of new tools while making existing users feel home. We had focus groups and beta testers to provide feedback, but I also think critical was the speed in reacting to existing user complaints when the new changes were not working for them. At the end many users hate change but it is important to put yourself in their shoes to see how they use the service and make sure the changes are not making things more difficult

Congratulations on the launch, @albattran ! 🎉 Fifteen years of audience intelligence behind a 2.0 is a rare kind of foundation.
A question from someone who spends her days with creators. When you surface a superfan who follows someone on three platforms, do you also show where that person actually engages most deeply? I'm thinking of creators deciding where to put a big announcement. Knowing who cares is one gift; knowing where they're actually listening feels like the second one.
Rooting for you today from another team launching alongside you!
Fedica
@rails thanks for the question Elise!
For your own followers, we have different views, including "top interactors", it is per platform (not aggregated). For analysis of other accounts we only show top followers (by follower count, not engagement). The manage section of Fedica is available for X, Bluesky, Mastodon and Pixelfed
Fedica is fantastic and it's one of the handful of products I evangelize on my own time. The volume of publishing that you can schedule across so many networks is just an eye-popping value that still flies under the radar, in my opinion. I've been a digital marketing guy for over 25 years and one thing I think most people my age would NOT tell you because they don't want to admit it is that, it's intimidating as hell to start a new digital enterprise now than it used to be; the tools are way better now to do so, but the number of places you're supposed to be and establish a presence are dizzying, and I think it's a hard block for a lot of people who may have a good idea but are pre-overwhelmed already, just in the thinking stage, about all the places you need to be publishing in order to get off the ground. That's the specific situation in which Fedica comes up in my discussions; it really does take a lot of that load off once you've set up all your networks. And yes, this would theoretically be true of any aggregator, but with Fedica there's just a few basic things that keep me happy, and I mean super basic: a) Everything usually works the way Fedica says it works. Which puts it in rare air these days. b) When something doesn't work, support is all over it with a good, clear response -- always. c) They just kinda keep their head down and build and add new features without beating me to death with daily emails about how I should be doing this or that. I appreciate that. Compare this to Facebook, which whom I've spent over $5 million over the last 18 years. They've current restricted my personal Facebook account -- which was how you accessed your client's ad accounts in the old days -- because one client, whose account was cancelled in 2016, owes $12.43. I'm therefore not allowed to advertise -- for myself or any of my clients -- and I can't reach Facebook about it; I'm caught in email-redirect hell, and I can't apply for review I'm a scarlet-letter account. My point is: Samir should be running Facebook. :) No but seriously, my point is -- the service is incredible, which is rare, and that beyond the functionality and competitive price is why I'm a lifer.
Fedica
@joshua_barsch Thanks for sharing your feedback, Josh!
And no thanks, I really don't want to be running Facebook, thanks :-)
I am happy to be building with a small team where we can connect with people like you, solve problems and make a difference
Glad to learn that Fedica is living up to your expectations, and your feedback is always appreciated
Fedica is an amazing tool and product. It doesn't matter if you're a pro or a newbie, Fedica is easy to use and easy to learn. I personally use Fedica for my X account. The information is always up to date and very accurate. Fedica does a great job of tracking your account in real time. I highly recommend anyone trying to build an online presence to use this powerful program. You will see results.
Fedica
@sdsllc_usa thanks so much for sharing your feedback!
You are right, Fedica is also very helpful for those who want to be only on one platform. We started with Tweepsmap back in the day, which was a twitter only tool, and hence you get all the powerful tools old and new with this new version!
Have to be honest I tend not to want to pay for social media addons so generally only sign up for the free plans. I used to use Buffer but have now used Fedica for several years. I can't remember now the reason for switching but whatever it was I'm now happy using Fedica and on the few occassions that I've had problems the team has been very responsive and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend for what I use it for, basic posting to multiple sites (LinkedIn, BlueSky, Mastodon) using the calendar feature. I'm afraid I can't comment on the use fo the more sophisticated features.
Fedica
@stephen_osborne Happy to have you onboard Stephen!
We try to make Fedica to be simple for everyone to use, but also have more sophisticated uses that other tools cannot do. It's a careful balance but we love having people like you using the service!
The “Top Interactors” angle feels more useful than another reach dashboard. Knowing who actually keeps showing up is a better starting point for relationships than a bigger impressions number. How are you separating genuine interest from people who simply comment on everything?
Fedica
@ra5tadark good question, Rasul!
There are two parts to managing engagement, a) the inbox where you need to see each comment/reply/quote and respond to those that need to
b) measure the engagement, and with those you can view how many engagements each of them made, filter by type of engagement and also view their creds (followers etc)
More importantly, you can intersect all that with your audience, for example, you can find which of your followers is most engaged, or who doesn't engage with you
