Fantastic app, the value for free is incredible. It's saved me from local video recording fails, plus transcripts and summarizes.
Use the product every day, almost every meeting the product is great when it works (super helpful) however often glitches and doesn't show up to the meetings/ takes a while to show up
I dont easily get impressed. Fathom impressed me to a level that I am reccomending it to most people I meet.
This is such an amazing notetaker with the best interface that I have ever seen. Has multi-language capabilities as well. I have used it in English, Spanish and Portuguese calls, and the transcription accuracy is consistently high across all of them. The AI automatically structures summaries by topic, decisions, and action items, which saves me at least 35 minutes per meeting. It also connects to Salesforce, so I push follow-ups directly without retyping anything.
I'm using Fathom for a long time and love the product and experience.
Love this tool. Using this means I don't have to take notes during a call and can totally focus on the conversation. It's invaluable.
