Well, guys, that is a strange thing to say, but I know there are a lot of note-takers. Zoom has one, and everybody has their own. The level of integration, the prompting, and the speed of gathering DV cap are among the best on the market, and you just have to try it. I've been using it for almost a year and a half, I believe. Beyond the fact that we have corporate Zoom and there are no takers, everybody is using their own. Even people who are using Fireflies or the internal Zoom note taker are asking me to share my notes from Fathom, which I believe means something.

I'm super happy with Fathom. I've tried out a bunch of these note takers, and I like the interface on Fathom the best. It's reliable at showing up in meetings, and it does the best job of summarizing actions.

My company uses a different note taker. I still pay for my own subscription to Fathom, because I refuse going back to life before Fathom.

Fathom is a great AI note-taker. UX is slick and easy, summaries are on point in capturing the most important discussion points and completed literally seconds after meeting ends. My personal favorite feature is being able to search all of the conversations across my entire org over the last 12 months. Super valuable in surfacing buying signals for cross-selling inside our existing customer base. Instantly crowdsource opportunities without having to hold dozens of 1:1's has been a real game-changer.
Been using fathom for years. Built our own MCP for our company so we could ask meeting questions directly in Claude - so good to see a catchup there. Been moving to Granola for slack huddles and other calls where I can just transcribe straight to my local / desktop / phone calls too - so excited about the claim to be able to that although unable to verify that as truth. The UI of the product is confusing in comparison with the other note taking applications. Frustrating experience trying to 'upgrade'.

I have tried ALL the AI notetakers and Fathom rules them all. I bring it into meetings with people who hate AI notetakers but for some reason they leave loving Fathom. I have gotten many comments from people that they love the general notes template. I am also satisfied with the security and privacy policy so i know my data is secure on the paid plan. I have been using Fathom as a beginner, getting into the online space for work. It has been so seamless, user interface is friendly, and I haven't had one of those annoying moments of going around in circles trying to use it or integrate it to meetings - this means a lot for someone who is not computer or tech literate and just a user trying to work in a completely different industry. Congrats on the launch! Really impressed by the flexibility of bot vs bot-free capture and the ability to query across your entire meeting history with citations. Quick question - how does Fathom handle meetings with external participants who might not want to be recorded? Does the bot-free option solve for privacy concerns there, or are there other workflows you're seeing?
