Does Fathom have a public-facing / customer-facing portal (like Jira or Canny or a similar) to share roadmap items with customers? It would be ideal to have visibility into the status of items. Otherwise I have to keep asking Support about the status of features.
@dbuitenhek Dave, we don't have a public roadmap portal just yet - but we do have a page where we document everything that's been released, which might help in the meantime: https://help.fathom.video/en/articles/6220097 And noted on the feedback - visibility into what's coming is something we hear! 🙌
Fascinated and grateful to this tool, students can see a whole summary of the class and jump to specific moments of the meeting recording jus by clicking on one of the points of the summary. The best way to send a meeting recording, it doesn't just allow the students to see the whole meeting again, it helps them save time and focus on the most complicated topis.
We love everything about Fathom. We're a founding member and have been with them since 2023. 3 years of tens of meetings a week to sometimes thousands of meetings a year. From hundreds in MRR to multi hundred thousands. There's no place I'd rather be. @richard_white Please, do do away with the beta though. I need my fathom thumbtack thingies in meetings.

I cannot believe this is free. Next to the air I breath this is the best free thing I have ever experienced.

This is my first time using this review site. I didn't even know it, but literally I just got in because on the Fathom page it asks if I could help, and after using this tool for free, which I can't believe all the features and everything it offers for free, I felt that the least I could do to contribute back was to leave this opinion, it's been awesome and really helpfull for my calls.

The greatest note taking software out there by far. Not only do I use it. I have put every single one of my 40 clients on it. It has changed my life, and how I work. No other note taking software comes even remotely close.
