Eddie AI - ChatGPT for video editing

by•
Craft rough cuts in seconds. Eddie is your co-pilot that edits interview footage with text prompts. Iterate with Eddie: reverse the topic order, ask for a stronger hook, make this punchier. Then export to MP4 or polish in Adobe, DaVinci Resolve, & FCP.

Hey, that’s the coolest idea ever!
It looks great 🙌 Can I see the roadmap of this product?
lots of crazy good features coming in on the horizon, sign up to stay updated with our new releases!
Discovered via KP . Signed up and was able to edit a specific clip from one of the demos in seconds. Impressed! Congrats on the Launch!
Thanks Lee!!
Congrats on the launch! In the example video, it looked like it could export portrait video clips for socials from a landscape import video, but in my testing I've only been able to get it to export landscape clips. Am I missing something or is the intention to just export clips I can then edit in a NLE?
Hey Jonny! Great question, you can export vertical by pressing the export button and selecting "Vertical (mp4)". You can also export your NLE if you want to customize further!
Grats guys I’ve been scouring the internet for an AI that does this: I film or livestream 2 hours. “Please make this 2 hour video into as many 8-10 minute clips that make sense as you can” I’m wanting to make like 10 long form videos that make sense as stand alone videos from a long live. Can Eddie do that well?
Hey Logan! Eddie can do exactly that, as long as the video is dialogue-based (which I'm assuming so since it's a livestream). You can ask Eddie that exact prompt, and then iterate with it to get the output you are desiring.
Grate work thank you
Tried it yesterday and it was fun to work with..but, can't find any pricing info..
It's free to use at the moment!
The user-friendly interface of this tool makes it easy for new team member to get onboard. Keep up the good work team!
Love the idea but hate that you require visitors to create an account before finding anything about the service.
