Nice site! Would be awesome if you guys included sample sites that are using the service or some case studies. =)
Developing client relations is such a crucial part of any business. This could be a great way to help with that, will definitely recommend this to some of my associates.
I've had the best experience ever with the guys at Drift. I've tried this product months ago and I couldn't help it, it was too early. In a short time they've totally nailed the perfect product and added key features I'm now addicted to.
Drift’s solution enables me to program customer service bot to have first interaction with visitors. It can collect more information about the customer before you jump in, would automatically direct the conversation to the specific person or help the customer reach the correct sub-website to resolve his/her problem. We recommend it at picksaas to anybody looking for a chatbot solution.

My colleague wrote a full article () about Drift, Intercom and Crisp

Drift is a great product, but it lacked a few features we wanted

It also had some problems with loading

Pros:

Intuitive, lots of features, great customer support

Cons:

Loading speed issues

I'm down to give this a shot with the startups, and many loan clients we fund. We will have a pretty serious bit of lead flow hitting the site soon.
Awesome, would love if you tried us out! If you have any feedback as you're getting started, please let us know! We're always trying to make Drift better :)
Any plans to integrate with FB Messenger?
we have been exploring it and plan on adding it this year. Do you do a lot via FB today?
The example shown for the bot... wouldn't the same thing be accomplished by asking users to select a group before connecting to chat?
how does that compare to intercom? is there a bridge to slack?
we are fully integrated with Slack. Try it out yourself and please let us know what you think.
Would be great if your onboarding experience did not force the app install. Really wanted to kick the tires of the app with some sample data. Do you have something I can take a look at before starting to send data to Drift?
