I’ve spent years watching small business owners struggle with enterprise-level CRMs that were never built for them. They were spending more time managing their tools than closing deals. I was inspired to create something that feels as natural as a physical whiteboard but as powerful as a global SaaS—starting with 27 languages to ensure no entrepreneur is left behind due to a language barrier. DealTracky solves the 'complexity fatigue' and 'localization gap' in pipeline management. Most tools are too bloated for simple workflows. We provide a lightning-fast, ready interface that allows teams to track any process—from logistics to real estate—without the need for a 100-page manual or expensive consultants. Initially, I planned to build separate tools for different industries. However, while developing the engine, I realized that flexibility is the ultimate feature. I pivoted to build a robust, universal pipeline architecture first, which now allows us to deploy 30+ niche-specific versions rapidly. I also shifted my focus to heavy localization, realizing that true productivity tools must speak the user's native tongue to be effective.
