Great product! But the price is a little bit high when compared to that of Intercom? I mean, in Intercom they didn't charge you based on how many customers you have...

@roman_eaton Hey Roman, thanks for the answer. I think what could be improved is the pricing page and the pricing comparison page. In the comparison page, I'm under the impression of "From $39 per unlimited contacts", and when I visit the pricing page, it charges me based on my unique visitor and email sent... I'm not really clear about that...
