I sent dozens of job applications and got ignored. What do you think is the real reason?

Today I’m launching Cvdox to fix why job applications get ignored.

But here’s the real question:

Do you think people get rejected because:
A) They’re not qualified
B) Their resume doesn’t align with the role
C) The system (ATS + volume) is broken

D) Not Lucky - Too many applications for a few job positions.

I’ve come to believe it’s mostly B — alignment.
