I’m drawn to problems where people do the work but don’t get the outcome. Not because they’re unqualified, but because what they’ve done doesn’t come across clearly. Most modern systems don’t reward effort. They reward clarity. I spend my time exploring that: how to make value more visible, more aligned, and harder to miss.
