CtrlOps 1.0 - Your server. Audited, managed, and deployed with AI.
by•
Do you actually know who has access to your servers right now?
CtrlOps gives you a security hardening score across 25 checks, a PDF audit report, and fix commands for every issue found. See who can log into every server, revoke access from your whole fleet in one click, and assign any level of roles/access without touching the terminal. Every log file, found and searchable without SSH. Deploy any app from GitHub in minutes. 100% local. Your credentials never leave your machine.

Congrats on the launch!
My question: For a 3–5 person engineering team managing 10–20 servers, how much time or DevOps cost can CtrlOps realistically save each month compared to handling everything manually over SSH?

@byalexai Thank you Alex for your best wishes.
For a 3-5 person team running 10-20 servers, most people save around 11-20 hours a month (per person). Deployments go from 30-50 minutes to under 5, security audits that usually get skipped happen in seconds instead of half a day, and backups actually get set up and verified instead of being the thing everyone means to do eventually.
Log management without SSH is genuinely underrated. The amount of time I have wasted just finding the right log file path before I could even start debugging is embarrassing. This just removes that whole step.

@khushal_italiya1 Happy to know that you like it. Any other features that is most useful for you?
does PDF audit report also include the recommended fixes. or is it just the findings?
we need to share it with a client, and they usually want a clear fix plan along with the issues.

This is seriously cool. 🔥
Access management, onboarding/offboarding, and audit reporting are the kinds of things that become painful as a team grows. Nice to see those workflows getting first-class treatment.
The AI-powered server management and security tooling make this even more interesting. Congrats to the whole team on the launch! 🚀
Wow, didn't know managing servers could look this easy. The whole dashboard just makes sense at a glance, no digging around needed.

Hey! This is such a smart idea honestly. Every dev I know has faced this exact pain of juggling multiple servers with zero visibility.
Really rooting for you guys... excited to see where this goes! 🚀

"100% local, credentials never leave your machine" is the right answer to the trust problem every SSH-key-manager tool has to solve eventually. the part I'd want to know before installing this on prod: when the audit finds something and gives you a fix command, does it just print the command for you to run yourself, or can it execute the fix directly? that's a very different risk profile for a security tool
CtrlOps
@galdayan Good question, and glad the local-first part resonates, that trust problem is exactly why we built it that way from day one.
To answer directly, it never executes anything on its own. When the audit finds an issue, it shows you the fix command along with an explanation of what it does, and you have to explicitly approve it before it runs. Same approval flow as the AI Terminal itself, nothing touches your server without you saying yes first.
So on prod specifically, you're always the one pulling the trigger, CtrlOps just makes sure you know exactly what you're about to run and why.

@vidushee_geetam Exactly, we ship the most crucial and useful features. Thank you for your support!

This is the kind of tool developers actually need, not another flashy dashboard with zero real function behind it.

@deepaksingh09 Happy to know that you like it. Thank you for appreciation.
The spreadsheet of IPs is a very specific kind of pain haha. One-click deploys plus an AI terminal that still asks before running commands sounds like the right amount of help. Congrats on getting this out there! @daxesh_italiya @hiren_kalariya
