This update is a great contempt for customers who have previously bought an older version of the tool. Instead of getting an update for the purchased tool, we've received a paltry 15 percent discount, which is ridiculous and very frivolous. The author only cares about money, which is clearly seen in the comments - no one received a reply to the comment on the author's approach to old customers. This approach to the customer is not fair, and the business based on it will not last long. Therefore, I warn everyone against buying, because in a few months there will probably be a new version of the tool signed as PRO 2.0, for which you will have to pay again.
Hi, Daniel. Thanks for buying CSS Scan. I'm deeply sorry you felt that way. It's really because I have a different plan/vision for CSS Scan Pro. All the updates for CSS Scan have been free. CSS Scan to CSS Scan 2.0 was a free upgrade, as well as CSS Scan 3.0 will be. CSS Scan is a great app that solves a very specific problem. Pro is a tool to help your web design workflow in many different ways. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. Thanks again!
scan is my favourite new Pro feature. PS Congrats on the launch 😃
Haha, great one! Thank you, Craig 🙌 Good luck 🥳
CSS Scan seriously helped me this year to get better at design! Looking forward to checking out the new version with Safari!
Thank you so much, Pete! I'm super happy that it helped you. We just sent the free Safari update some days ago, check your email to try it 😄
Congrats Guilherme, this is looking like an amazing improvement on CSS Scan!!
Thank you so much, Ferruccio! I'm glad you like it! 🙌
I understand it takes a lot of effort to create. But charging per month its just ridiculous.!
Would be wonderful if this works on a touch screen device like iPad. Does it work with canvas element?
Hey, Tim! We still don't have iOS support in our roadmap. It scans canvas elements, yes! But unlike iframes, it can't scan what's inside if that's your question! That's a good idea, thanks for it! 🙏
I love the idea of not needing to open the inspector to get to the CSS. However, $20 seems heavily overpriced as I can achieve the same result just by hitting F12. I am curious if there are more features in the pipeline that justify that price point? Anyways, congrats on the launch!
Bravo Guilherme 🙌
Thanks, Vincent! I'm glad you like it 🙌
The extension is awesome but coming from a previous customer.. that new price is way high.
Hi , how do I request for refund? I only bought it less than a day and realize it is not suitable for me. Please refund my money so that I can use it to buy something else. Really need that money back. Please.
hello , I'm following up on this. let me know how to contact you to get my refund. I'm writing this on 23rd November 2020.
