Thank you so much for your support, Felix! I would say that the hardest part was to make sure that the dashboard captures all the moving pieces in a CSM's day-to-day while keeping it simple and easy to use to ensure it will actually add value to a CSM's life and not create more work.
CSM is both crucial and currently underserved from a product perspective. Carina’s CSM Dashboard is an incredible option to get an immediate CSM structure in place
