Awesome update and great new features. Great work to the entire team!
I'm a huge fan of Crisp. After 1 week of testing it out, I migrated all of our support outlets to it and shut off our other support platforms. Baptiste, in particular, is SUPER-fast with support and listening to feedback so early on. Hope you all succeed! My company loves Crisp.

a quick check because I couldn't find it in crisp settings...if no agent is available online and a user drops a note, can we get their email only in this case? we don't want to force them to give email when we are online and chatting...however only when there's a delay in reply or we are offline, there should be a way to get their email
