Would love the video feature included in the Pro plan. Maybe a plan similar to unlimited but reduce the agents? I don't know. Price point somewhere between the Pro and Unlimited would be very nice!. But I do love how it's been coming along. Oh and the option on the chat window to play a game was freaking awesome! haha. Love it!
