Product design software born from a passion for design, made delightful with AI magic. Ideate, design, collaborate, prototype, handoff - all in one tool, all made easier and more joyful with AI.
This is a toy, the terms are so restrictive it's untenable for any business to consider using this professionally

@michael_parker4 Hi Michael, thank you for raising the concern. We know that IP is an important point to clarify for any AI tools.
We want to emphasize that, as noted in our service agreement, your inputs into our AI features, and the outputs of our AI features, will belong to you: "5.1 The ownership of the intellectual property rights regarding the content you submit to Creatie (“User Content”) remains with you.", "5.2 you (a) retain your ownership rights in Input without prejudice to provisions of this Agreement, and (b) own the Output. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output."
Regarding the clause you highlighted, it basically stipulates that the IP of templates that are made by us will belong to us, but once you've edited the template - as you inevitably will when you integrate the templates into your design, the IP will belong to you.
To summarize, the assets that are uploaded by you, generated by you, or edited by you, will belong to you, not Creatie. Please let us know if you have any further concerns. Appreciate your feedback :)
@michael_parker4 Hi Michael, we also state clearly in the privacy policy that we do not sell customer data. We plan to roll out a paid plan later this year, but we wanted to work with our users to see how they use and value our product first. Appreciate your feedback as always :)
