Create A Signature - Simplest way to customize a professional email signature 📩

@jesephm simple, when you send an email with a signature for the first time, the recipient will probably want to add you to their contacts list. To do that they will copy the info from your signature and paste it into their contacts app (there are also apps that let you paste a signature and they automatically use the info to create a new contact, putting everything on the right field). If the email is missing from the signature, then the recipient will have to look at two different places to get all the info. I use one of the app I talked about above, so I just paste the whole signature and hit save, only to later realize that the person did not have their email address in the signature, which means that their address is not in my contacts :) it's very annoying.

@jesephm Also, I've found that many email clients erase email addresses when your email is replied or forwarded, and recipients will only see your tagged information (like name and last name). If they want to contact you, they won't know the email. Believe me, it has happened to me a couple of times, when people who receive a forwarded email from me have to ask the person who sent it for my email in order to get in contact with me. So yeah, kind of weird, but I leave it there... don't wanna lose leads to that.
