Hi everyone, Kenneth here. A few weeks ago, I launched BoxFinder to track retail box prices. Today, I'm launching the core physics and estimating engine behind it: CorruCAD. If you buy, design, or sell custom corrugated packaging, getting an accurate manufacturing cost usually requires waiting days for a supplier to run the CAD and spit out a quote. I built CorruCAD to do the heavy lifting in your browser instantly. You pick the FEFCO style, input the dimensions, and select the exact board grade (e.g., 32 ECT C-Flute). The engine dynamically draws the structural blank, calculates the waste percentage, figures the exact inches of rule needed for the die, and gives you a raw material cost based on market spot prices. From there, you can export the exact DXF file for the cutting table or a Kiwiplan CSV to route straight to production. It's completely free to use.
