I'm keen to know a bit more about the research methodology. This is to see if there were some findings related to social and economic mobility or not? The independence of the work-force, it seems, is dependent on tools and technical know-how, which compels to pay attention to things like digital divide, and technical skill upgradation. Your findings should really help us to brainstorm solutions which can make it a 'mass movement'.

Incredibly well-done and beautifully presented report. Actually quite useful as well for a writer like myself who can get a macro view of the relevant stats for my industry. I seem to fall in line with the average results, even having a third of my clients pay hourly and the rest by project. I intend to make the shift, though! Worth downloading the full report, too, so make sure to do that!
