It's absolutely a great initiative! I would love to use in Europe (German speaking), but for that I would need to be able to change the governing law and court. Is there any plans to allow this @jakestein? Event better if there would be a way to create our own translation of the agreement. Any plans for that? All the best, please keep up the good work!

@benjamin_schwarzler Thank you Benjamin! These are great questions. A couple things to keep in mind: 1) While our software does not yet support EU governing law and chosen courts, you can always download the contracts as Word or PDF files and set the variables any way you like directly 2) Our agreements were created by a team of mostly US attorneys, and we have not yet vetted them for most other countries. We have started to look into this, but for now I'd check with German lawyer before using these agreements in Germany. 3) I love the idea of translating the agreements! However, because of point 2 above, I would also want to check if there are other substantive changes that would be needed in order to use the agreements in, say Germany, in addition to translating the contract as it is today into German. If you do end up translating it or having the contract reviewed by a local attorney, we'd love to know!
