@nandun_kahandawa Thanks Nandun. That's right, if you're using the bar already, then users open docs from the bar in the HelpHub. But you can also make HelpHub launchable independently from the Bar, too. And you can use synced help docs in Nudges and Questlists as well.

Congrats on this new launch 🚀 Helpbar certainly levels up against the problems surrounding searching and finding answers. From my own personal experience and building Semafind it definitely resonates with some of the problems businesses face when it comes to pooling together resources to help customers. I really like how HelpHub still maintains the overall CommandBar goal and integrates into the larger ecosystem rather than sticking out as a totally separate feature. I couldn't find more information about how the tool works when it comes to AI and how it leverages AI. Do you use a language model such as GPT underneath? It would be nice to emphasise how HelpHub is unique in that sense. Algolia is starting to offer semantic search and it's not clear from a business perspective how HelpHub integrates or builds on existing capabilities ❔

@nuric Thanks @nuric! Yes, this uses GPT-3 :) For instant answers, we ingest your help docs and then use GPT to generate answers in response to questions. Because the answers are pre-generated, you can review them for accuracy before making them findable. You can also enable it so that, if a question is asked and there’s no good answer in the list of instant answers, we’ll generate an answer on the fly based on GPT's understanding of your docs. CommandBar can integrate with Algolia, so you can use the Bar as a frontend for Algolia search, so that you can leverage both technologies and avoid multiple search bars.
