CoinStats 2.0 - Cryptocurrency research and portfolio tracker

PH friends! We’re super excited to be up on product hunt today! It’s been a little over 1 year since we launched the beta for the Coin Stats app to the AppStore. We had no idea what we were in for :) What a year We created the app to have one single place to research and track every coin, follow the market, and track our portfolio’s day to day, hour by hour (and ok, sometimes… minute-by-minute) Since our launch, we’ve been so excited to see everyone take hold of the app using Coin Stats every day and making Coin Stats now the top Crypto Portfolio tracking app on the AppStore We've been updating the app a few times a month during the last year reaching more than 500 thousand active users and being used and loved by top folks in the crypto community (including Kevin Rose) Today, over $3.5 Billion in Ethereum is being tracked by Coin Stats users in the app via synced wallets. Best crypto tracker for iOS so far!

The only app I use to track my cryptocurrencies... Beautiful UX & dynamically updates all of my holdings in one place... Love it!

Heard about this a while back when kevin rose mentioned being a fan. Been using ever since.

Pros:

Has every coin out there. Easy to use. Team is full-time and updates really fast.

I have been using this app since a few months now and it’s one of my favorites. I like how you can create your own portfolio and therefore track all your crypto investments.

I'm extremely disappointed for a very specific reason.

When I first stumbled upon this app, I noticed that you can subscribe to the upgraded version for $4.99 a month. What immediately caught my attention was the fact that there are "pump notifications." The app even shows an example of what this notification would look like on your screen. The example they provided showed something like, "Litecoin is up 18% today!" I thought to myself, "Wow, what a great feature. I can buy a coin before the wave and potentially make a profit without having to monitor coins all day."

AFTER purchasing the subscription, I found this to be completely false. They only notify you when a coin is up 50%! You can't even modify your own percentage level. What good is to find out when a coin is up 50% for the day?! You are basically send me a notification to say "Hey, you completely missed out on a great buying opportunity. Better luck next time"

With all of that said, I find this application to be a load of crap. They falsely advertised a significant feature. I am going to spread my story in anyway possible so that the Coin Stat's team realizes this major flaw. Make it so we can set our own percentage level, PLEASE!

Pros:

I love that you can link your portfolio to your Binance account with ease.

Cons:

Look at the "Tell us more" section. You will see my major con.
