Learn by doing is the best approach for engineering positions
Thanks . You're an OG customer 🚀
Great job 👏
Congratulations and on the launch! Is there a plan (maybe sometime in the distant future :) to have a way for developers to develop their own courses?
Thank you! We are open to that idea and currently exploring co-developing courses with larger companies. That could eventually result in a Build your own Course module ;)
This sounds great! This could be very interesting for preparing teams during technology transitions and migrations. Have you guys considered that use case?
That's a "teams" use-case we do hear commonly about. Companies spend incredible energy on hiring the best people. But they struggle with being resourceful with the talent they've acquired. We believe companies don't always need to hire externally for the skills they need, and should consider up-skilling internally. We're making more strides in this area:
Congratulations and . I'm a firm believer that one really learns from trouncing complexity. And what is more complex than the greatest software projects ever created. The problem today is that there are so many such projects that CodeCrafters is needed to collect the best ones and isolate the most ground breaking and essential parts of their codebases.
Thanks, completely agreed!
This is awesome, great work !
I wish I had this when I was in college - it would have definitely helped me with my imposter syndrome that led me to pursue a different career path. I’m blown away with how thoughtfully designed the product is. I am excited to see what team launches. Speaking of which, what is the next user pain you plan on resolving for CodeCrafters students?
Thank you! Motivation. We wanna give you reasons to stick till the end :)
Big fan of the CodeCrafters ideology and the team behind it :)
Thank you Rahul! Coming from you it means a lot.
This looks pretty solid. Curious, which is your most popular challenge?
Thank you! Our most popular is our Build your own Redis challenge, codecrafters.io/redis
Congratulations, Paul. It looks wonderful. 😍
